Re-Delivery Charges

Please ensure that the deliver address you enter is correct. Goods that are returned to us due to an error in the address you have given us will incur a further delivery charge.

Temporarily Out of Stock Items

If you order more than one item and some items are temporarily out of stock then we will send you the items that are currently in stock and refund you the amount for the items not currently in stock.

Our Guarantee

Our product range is of the very best quality. Care has been taken to describe products accurately and with as much detail as possible to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please note that colours of products may vary slightly from the product photo due to variations in lighting and screen settings. If you are not satisfied with any item from us, we'll do what we can to deal with the matter to your satisfaction where possible. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation of your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. To cancel your order, please write to us or email us stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancellation, including your full name, address, and order number. Your goods must be re-packaged securely and sent so that they reach us within 7 days of the date that your order was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered items to you in error or the items are faulty. If you cancel your order after the delivery process has started you will be liable for any services included in the order such as postage & packing. Upon receipt of notice of cancellation (and receipt of returned goods if applicable), we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the products in your order within 28 days.

Please note you are responsible for the goods until they reach us and therefore we advise you use a delivery service that requires a signature when delivered.

Fair Returns Policy

Stunning Straps want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase get in touch with our team and we will try and resolve the issue to your satisfaction where possible.
You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them.
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate.
Please contact us for a returns authorisation code prior to returning any item.
We will not accept returned goods that are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code.
Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are in their original condition with all packaging.

Returned items must be in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging and must not have been washed or worn.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for costs incurred when returning items to us (unless the goods were faulty) and we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit on their way to us. To ensure returns are as smooth as possible and for your protection in the event of a dispute we would advise you send the items by recorded or special delivery (although the post office does charge for these services).

Customs and Import Duties

When ordering goods for delivery overseas, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. International deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Gift Vouchers

Unfortunately we cannot give change for gift vouchers. Therefore when using a gift voucher please ensure the value in your shopping bag is greater than or equal to the value of your gift voucher in order to get the maximum benefit from your voucher. If the value of your Shopping bag is greater, then the difference must be paid, via the many options available to you.

Once a gift voucher is purchased it cannot be exchanged for cash and it can only be used towards a purchase from the Stunning Straps website.

* Free postage and packaging will become chargeable if goods are returned and the resulting purchase value falls below the £50 threshold. Where applicable this will result in the standard rate of £2.99 being deducted from any refund due, (unless of course the goods were faulty or the order was incorrect).
